Located adjacent to the existing hospital facility on what was previously an open parking lot, this new $9.9 million two-story medical office building incorporates a series of provider suites including a physical therapy suite, orthopedics, infusion center, cardiology, general surgery, and a specialty clinic. The clinic building was designed to be physically connected to the existing hospital by a corridor link while utilizing building materials that would both match and complement the existing hospital building. Natural light is a key feature of the design while providing a user-friendly wayfinding, and common waiting areas with comforting finishes throughout the building.
