Palmer College of Chiropractic approved a master campus plan in 2018 that resulted in a multi-phase project addressing the needs of their academic spaces. Phase two of this multi-phase remodel, designed in collaboration with RDG Architects, is the Learning Commons, which includes five lecture classrooms, multiple student study and collaboration spaces, the Center for Business Development, and student commons with a monumental stair and café, all centered around the library. This 30,000-square-foot project renovated the spaces in the heart of the campus that every student uses or passes through daily, creating an environment full of campus activity.
