Studio483 provided full architectural services for the design and construction of a 32,000-square-foot facility in the Quad Cities for Peoria, Illinois-based industrial engineering and technology company eServ.
Located on the campus of Birchwood Fields Corporate Park in Davenport, Iowa, its south-facing glass wall overlooks the park’s gleaming central water feature, while providing ample daylight to the large open office spaces.
The building was designed to provide open office space for eServ’s private industrial clients and a more secure environment for its federal government contracts. In addition, there is a central employee lounge with full-service kitchen adjacent to flexible training rooms, opening to an outdoor plaza.
The building is now occupied by the accounting firm RSM.
