The new TCC Materials cement bagging plant combines cutting-edge production/processing equipment that includes automated systems for processing and packaging cement products combined with a warehousing/storage facility that includes an office and laboratory space. The client’s unique position in the architectural products industry allowed the design to incorporate several of the clients’ own products to act as a product showcase for TCC. With just over 51,000 square feet with provision built in to expand in the future, the site will be the Quad-Cities home to TCC materials for many years to come.
