Daniel Schmeltzer

Dan is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology and is well known for his expertise in architectural design and construction drawings.
He has more than 20 years of experience designing numerous projects including K-12 schools, university academic buildings and residence halls, apartment buildings, single family houses, hotels, churches, daycare centers, athletic facilities, restaurants, libraries, factories, medical clinics, and office buildings. He also has expertise in ADA standards, affordable housing, material usage optimization, material and assembly life-cycle durability, and mid-century and classic modern design.
Dan also enjoys wood working, birding, reading, and board games with family.
