This 240-bed residence hall is a combination of apartments and suites. The building is a three-story brick clad structure that forms an anchor to the southeast corner of the campus and provides a transition to the adjacent residential neighborhood. Studio 483 worked with the contractor in a design-build partnership which allowed the project to be completed in a ten-month, fast-tracked construction schedule.
