Robert’s expertise in historic preservation and construction administration have established him as a leader in the architectural community. He also has a wealth of experience in the education sector, where his clients benefit not only from his design skill, but also from his strong work ethic and ability to consistently deliver before deadline.
A 1985 graduate of Iowa State University, Robert strives to continuously develop and improve the skills that enable him to make his artistic visions come alive in the structures he designs.
He is very involved in professional and community organizations, and is active in the American Institute of Architects, Rock Island Kiwanis, Rock Island Preservation Society, and Rock Island Historic Preservation Commission. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, traveling, hiking, and camping trips with his sons. He also can be found working on the ongoing restoration and renovation of his home, an 1896 Victorian house in the Broadway Historic District of Rock Island, IL.
